Contractor Service Agreement

 

By checking this box and proceeding with payment, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following service terms with Atlanta Land Grading LLC (“Contractor”):

1. Scope of Work

• Services include land grading, excavation, and related work as detailed in your quote.
• Any additional work requires a written change order and may result in extra charges.

2. Payment & Fees

• Payment may be required before, during, or after job completion, as agreed.
• Late payments may result in interest charges or job suspension until paid.
• The Client agrees not to withhold payment due to minor adjustments or site conditions.

3. Site Conditions & Delays

• The Client must ensure the site is accessible and free of obstructions before the job starts.
• Contractor is not responsible for weather delays, underground hazards, or third-party interference.

4. Liability & Damages

• Contractor holds liability insurance but is not responsible for damages to underground utilities not disclosed by the Client.
• The Client releases the Contractor from claims related to unmarked or hidden site hazards.

5. Legal Disputes

• Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration or in a Fulton County, GA court.
• Legal fees incurred in collecting unpaid balances will be charged to the Client.
